C4 is developing a multiuse (residential and local businesses) campus that would allow clients who have successfully completed one year of the program to reside in a rent-adjusted, environmentally friendly, multi-generational campus for an additional two years.
The campus plan: 5 – 10 Acres, woodland, greenswards and gardens; buildings and surrounding areas environmentally innovative
Modeling highest standards of multi-use developmental planning
Family residences on 2nd and 3rd floors accessed through courtyard; local shops on first floors, accessed from outer perimeter walks
Separate retail shop patron parking and resident parking; with separate walkways to commercial and residential areas
