Capital Campaign for Campus

C4's Capital Campaign is happy to discuss tax deductible donations of property or other contributions to support development of this campus

C4 is working towards a self-sustaining, multiuse (residential and local businesses) campus that would allow clients who have successfully completed one year of the program to reside in a rent-adjusted, environmentally friendly, multi-generational campus for an additional two years.

The campus plan: 5 – 10 Acres, with green space and gardens; environmentally innovative buildings and surroundings.

Modeling highest standards of multi-use developmental planning.

Family residences on 2nd and 3rd floors privately accessed; local shops on first floors, accessed from outer perimeter walks.

Separate retail shop patron parking and resident parking; with separate access to commercial and residential areas.
